Martin Putz Obituary

RACINE - Martin F. Putz, Sr., 89, passed Tuesday, December 25, 2007, at St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born in St. Francis, November 7, 1918, son of the late Vincent and Sophia (nee: Klenczyk) Putz. Martin served in the Army National Guard and was employed by the State of Wisconsin at Southern Wisconsin Center for 15 years. Surviving are his son, Martin F. Putz, Jr. of Racine; his daughter, Christie A. Putz of Racine; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Emily and Stella, and five brothers, Sigmund, Albin, Frank, Anton, and Stanley. Funeral services with full military honors will be held Friday, January 4, 2008, 1 p.m. at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Memorials to the All Saints Foundation have been suggested.
