Debbie showed us how to handle serious illness. I was blessed to be there when she received the anointing of the sick. I will always remember her beauty and her strength.

My sincerest condolences to your entire family. I have been in chemo with Debbie for three years and worked with her at NML - although we didn't meet until we were both in treatment. She became such a special friend, my Teal sister, and she will be missed immensely.

My love and support to Debbie's family. Although Debbie and I were not in college at Whitewater at the same time she is a Sigma Sister of mine. I have fond memories of our Sigma weekend in Chicago 2 summers ago. Debbie was a warm, kind, loving person with a smile that entered the room before she did. She will be missed especially at our Sigma gatherings.

I remember Deb from high school, and I ran into her at the hospital when I was receiving chemo for breast cancer. She still had a smile on her face and showed her strength thru her cancer journey. Deb was an inspiration to us all on her strength she showed during her fight. My sincere condolences to her family and close friends and I pray for peace to all. Debbie is now at peace and no more suffering.

To the whole family, I am so sorry for your loss. I went to High school with Debbie. so many memories. we were in band together, playing our flutes. I will always remember her smile, she could lite up the whole room.
