Dear Mrs Walt and Family,
I want to express my sympathies to your loss of Bob. He was a good man, who stood tall in His shoes. My Father worked with Bob, while Bob was at Wisconsin Avenue Park, and although Bob was younger than my Father, He gave my Father such respect. I know that my Father enjoying working alot with Bob, and they had many good times while at the park. After my Father retired and became ill, Bob would continue to keep their relationship strong and helped my Father thru some difficult times at the end. As Bob would always have something to talk to Him about everything from sports to the good old days at work. I'll always remember Bob with a smile on His face and a corney joke that He would share to bring a smile to make me laugh. I remember one of the last times that I saw Bob, at a local store. I asked how He was doing and his reply was," I haven't used up my shelf life quite yet" and that was the type of person that Bob was, always someone with a silly thought to say, to bring a smile to my face. He will be fondly remembered as a true friend that my Father had, my you find peace and comfort in knowing that the heavens are smiling, as I know that Bob and my Dad are up there telling stories to one another about the good old days.May the memories and thoughts of knowing that Bob is at rest with His Maker in Heaven comfort you in the days ahead.
Sincerely,
Joannie (Gorecki) Janutka

Dear Monica, Mrs. Walt, Jay, & Richard ("Dickie")...My deepest sympathies. Mr. Walt was always such a fun person to be around when we were growing up on 79th Street. I remember most his sense of humor and his laugh. Even though distance separates us, you are all in my prayers. May you know the Lord's peace and blessings through family and friends during these difficult days and beyond. Mr. Walt is home with the Lord and we can rejoice and be glad! In fondest memories...your friend from the old neighborhood, Joannie
