Verner L. Asmann

Asmann, Verner L., 85, passed away Monday, Sept. 1, 2003 at the Veterans Home in Winfield. Private family service will be held on Friday, Sept. 5, 2003. Verner was retired from Raytheon and was a WWII veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol; sister, Ella Sullivan and his brothers, Swede and Art Asmann. He is survived by daughter, Ginger Genter of Wichita; daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Michael Thompson of Overland Park; twin sister, Verna Critzer of Oscoda, MI; sisters, Freida Sparman of Wichita, Clara Richmond of Sterling, CO; grandsons, Cort Asmann of Wichita, Cam Genter of Penobscot, ME; great-granddaughter, Kaia Sage Genter of Penobscot, ME.
