ALAN BEAUCHAINE Obituary

Alan Duane Beauchaine passed away unexpectedly of heart failure after a brief illness on March 2, 2015 while working in Charlotte, NC. He was surrounded by his loving wife and sons. Al was born to Alvah and Eleanor Beauchaine on January 5, 1951 in Laconia, New Hampshire. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Don. Al is survived by his wife, Susan (Whitley) Beauchaine and sons, Josh, Brandon and Colin of the home and son, Ben (grandson Gus and mother Abbe) of MA. His sister Denise Beauchaine and niece, Gaylea Glavich of Laconia, NH. Al graduated with distinction from Babson College in MA and held the most respected and recognized investment designation, CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). Al possessed an impeccable reputation in all of the companies that he served. He was known and respected as a competent, ethical and generous man. He had a stellar career in the financial industry while associated with Franklin Savings, Morgan Stanley and his most recent position as Senior Vice President for Bank of America in their Corporate Investment Group from 2009 to present. He enjoyed hunting and earned his pilot's license but most importantly he valued his time with his family. Remembered by his sons as a modest, humble and loving role model he will be greatly missed. Services will be on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 1:00pm at Church of the Resurrection's Leawood campus in the Wesley Chapel, 13720 Roe Ave. A celebration of Al's life will immediately follow. Al was extremely proud of his wife Susan's ministry work, "A Cup of Cold Water" and would want this legacy to continue. In lieu of flowers please make donations to: A.
