Denny and I were classmates at Fairfax, graduating in the class of `73. He was very likeable and sociable, and made himself into a very capable defensive lineman, helping Fairfax to the Missouri State High School Football Championship game in 1972, while also garnering individual post season honors for his efforts. I know he worked very hard while we were in college at NWMSU, both in and outside of school. He met and married his wife, Barb, while at Northwest, and I know she was a very sweet person because she was my lab partner in microbiology class. To his surviving daughter I offer my sincere condolences. Your dad experienced some painful losses, but obviously so have you. The class of `73 was hopeful we might see Denny (and Danny) at our 50 year class reunion last year, and we´re now very sorry we won´t ever have that opportunity, but we will always retain the good memories we have of him.

I worked with Dennis at St Catherine´s OR , Garden City, Kansas. He was good at his job and I enjoyed working with him. He and his wife Barb became good friends of mine, and eventually became family, when I married his brother. We miss him and wish he was still here. Rest in peace Dennis.
