So many memories of Fran enjoying her gardens, sitting around her kitchen table telling stories, and loving her two children, Linda and Everett. Harry was so wonderful, truly a special man, and Fran took good care of him. For ten years we had dinner together almost every Friday night; she always had a story to share. I hope you find some happiness in her memories during this sad time.

My sympathy and love to the entire family. Frances and I have been friends, like family, for over 50 years. I will also miss her.

To Stacy and family: I just heard the sad news when my Mom (Beverly Barnes) called me just now. I learned first hand the saying of being a small world last Summer when I stopped at Fran's house on a matter. In the course of visiting with her a moment we discovered that we had some history between us. She went to school with my uncle and knew most the Barnes kids from the Randolph Rd and Whitaker farms era. I went to elementary school with her niece Teresa; and my best friend was close with Bill and Sharon Dalley (don't remember correct spelling.) I grew up on N. Brighton so always knew of the Dalley family.
So I continued to check on Fran since then and visited a few times at the house. If she didn't hear from me soon enough she would call to make sure all was well and always ask "how's your Momma?" I've been tending to my elderly Mom and last year took Fran over to see Mom after all these many years. They shared a few stories but I think time and age made it hard to recall a lot in just a few hours.
It was a thrill to get to know Fran in this very short time. I absolutely thought the world of her and how she was so caring to me. I would have checked on her a lot more but knew she had family tending to her.
I am worried if she fell again or what happed. I just thought yesterday I needed to check in with her this week so this just so upsetting. If I can help the family with anything certainly would be available and can be reached at 509-9033 is my cell.
I am so sorry for your family's lost of a funny, dear lady and friend.
