Dear Terri, Colleen, Marty, Bridget and kids,
I am still having a hard time grasping the fact that Joe is no longer among us. He was truly a great person. He always made everyone feel like they were important, and he was so much fun to be around. All of you will continue to be in my prayers.

I will always remember the time Joe and Terri stayed with us an extra night at the Ozarks after everyone had left because the boat was flooded
and there was this big thunderstorm. Joe was a great story teller and told Tony and Me about the tin soldiers he had as a boy and how he used to play with them. I remember having a lot of fun with Joe.
He will be missed ...but he is in a better place.
A good reminder to all of us that every day is a gift...what positive thing will you do with your gift today?

Dear Terri, Colleen, Marty & Bridget, A sad day here meant a wonderful celebration in Heaven. I remember fondly stopping at your home on Roe and being greeted by Joe's wonderful smile ... and a cold beer. He will be missed by many!!! God Bless, Len

I am so sorry for your loss. I remember Joe as a parent when I taught at St. Ann's. His support and his family still stand out in my memories of that school.

Dear Terri, Colleen, Marty, Bridget and families,
We were truly shocked and sad to learn of Joe's death. One lasting memory I will have each Christmas is Joe's "table dancers" verse in your family's rendition of The 12 Days of Christmas." He brought smiles to so many faces that evening and I'm certain he did that to people he came in contact with each day. Know that you are all in our prayers.

Aunt Terri, Colleen, Martin, Bridget and all your families:
I was so blessed and honored to have Uncle Joe as my one and only uncle in my life. He always made me laugh and he loved his family and grandchildren so much. His smile and grey hair is how I will always remember him.
Love, Debra Berg Knowles

Joe was my father's second cousin, but my Dad always thought of and treated Joe more like a brother. Since my father's death Joe has been the Patriarch of the Quinn Family and will be sorely missed.
I loved him.

Terri and Joe's family/friends
Joe's sudden death has "taken our breath away". I ask that the Lord be close to all of you as you close a long and rich chapter of family life. May Joe enjoy the special place the Lord has prepared for him for which he hoped all his life. The Lord is asking all of you to carry a heavy cross, but the Lord will also give you the grace to do it. I will be with you in spirit and prayer at the wake/funeral even while out of KC on a Rockhurst University assignment.

To Terri and the entire Quinn family:
My dad called me on New Year's Eve to tell me the horrible news. I always loved Joe's smile and laugh and it was great seeing him at my parents' 40th wedding anniversary party. Joe was a great guy and he definitely will be missed. Jane and I are keeping your family in our prayers.
