Bonnie Kruse Obituary
1942 - 2014
Bonnie R. Kruse, 71, of Kenosha died Sunday, Jan. 5, 2014, at her home.
Bonnie was born Nov. 6, 1942, in Kenosha, the daughter of the late Oliver and Catherine (Flynn) Zierk. She was educated at St. George Catholic School and graduated from St. Joseph High School. She married Richard U. Kruse on Nov. 15, 1975, at St. George Catholic Church in Kenosha. Bonnie was a home maker, and loved to cook, bake and making floral arrangements. She was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Richard of Kenosha; three children, Kevin Kruse of Racine, Kurt (Kristie) Kruse of Kenosha, Katie (Nathan) Walker of Racine; four grandchildren, Kilie, Khloe, Kenzie, and Bingham; and a brother, James (Gail) Zierk of Brookfield. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents.
A special thanks to Bonnies caregiver from Hospice Alliance, Jennifer Bingham.
Visitation will be on Friday, Jan. 10, 2014, from 9:30-11 a.m. at St Elizabeth Catholic Church, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 a.m. Entombment will follow at Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorials for Safe Harbor Humane Society would be appreciated.

Dick and family, I just learned about Bonnie's passing. Her courage and attitude about her illness was an inspiration to me. She fought a hard battle for a long time. My prayers are with all of you.
