Diego Medina Obituary

Diego D. Medina, 92 of King City, passed away at his home on Monday, Oct. 17, 2022 with his family by his side. He was born Nov. 13, 1929 in La Junta, Colo.
Diego enjoyed being with family, watching NASCAR, going to Reno, working the ranch and dancing. He was a parishioner of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and a member of the Laborers' International Union of North America.
He is survived by his wife of 75 years, Rebecca Medina; children, Mercy Vasquez (Pete), Merlinda Torres, Rosemary Torres, Becky Perez (Johnny); grandchildren, Michael Vasquez, Christina Mendez, Anthony Torres, Valerie Gemi, Laura Torres, Dylan Perez, Madison Perez; great-grandchildren, Jalen, Jonah, Julia, Kaiden, Rylie; siblings, Art Medina, Esther Navarrette, Paul Medina, Mary Flores, Socorro Quinones, Rosalie Medina, Teresa Medina, and Lupe Ramirez.
A Rosary and Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, Oct. 24, 2022 starting at 10:00 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on 504 N. Third St. in King City. If you wish to make a donation in remembrance of Mr. Medina, please make them to the Parkinson's Foundation or charity of your choice.
