Margaret P. Stubler
Margaret P. Stubler (Shay), 75, of La Crosse returned home to the Lord Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2020, after a short battle with metastatic breast cancer. She was blessed to have nearly 20 additional years after two previous breast cancer diagnoses, which allowed her to find love again late in life, with John C. Stubler. John and Margaret were married Aug. 31, 2019.
A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Jan. 8, 2021, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 130 Losey Blvd. S., La Crosse. Fr. Peter Raj will officiate with inurnment to be held in Woodlawn Cemetery. A visitation will be held at 9 a.m. until time of service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Sis and I used to fight all the time. She is 4 years older but we were the first two girls, I guess we both thought we should be the boss? When we finally grewup, much to Dad's relief, I could not have had a closer sister. I love and will always miss you. Love Dolly
