Cassie Bennett Obituary
Cassie will be dearly missed and her memory cherished by 2 sisters: Dot Coontz and Daisy Selph, 8 children: Carrie Carver, Margie Lane, Marilyn (Alan) Banks, Mary Thomas, Steve (Tracy) Thomas, Connie Shumpert, Brenda Thomas, and Eloise Reynolds; 24 grandchildren, 59 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Cassie was a beautiful person who enjoyed being a home-maker and care-taker to many; she was known for her life of devotion, her kindness, compassion, and always putting others before herself.
Please join the family for a celebration of Cassie's life on Friday, August 17, at 11:00 am. Service will be provided by her grandson, Sean Christie at New Beginning's Church, 3243 SW CR 242, Lake City, FL 32024 where she was a member.
