Herbert Hartman Obituary
WHITEHALL: Herbert Willis Hartman, Jr., 69 of Whitehall, Ohio, who always loved to make people smile, passed away on November 12, 2014.
He was born December 22, 1945 to Herbert Willis, Sr. and Violet who both preceded him in death; also preceded him in death was his lovely wife, Cheryl "Red" Hartman.
He is survived by daughters, Bernice Towchik (Tony), Trina Parrott (Andrew) and Anitra Blake (David); and four grandchildren, Anthony, Alyssa, Alec and Mack. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters and many friends.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 16, 2014 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Schoedinger East Chapel, 5360 E. Livingston Avenue, Columbus, Ohio 43232. Funeral will also be at Schoedinger East Chapel on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 10 a.m. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery, Lancaster, Ohio.

With Herb's deep voice, you always knew when you were in his presence, laughing and having a good time. Herb will be missed by his Fairfield Union Class of 64 classmates and will be remembered as a great guy. My very deepest sympathy to his children and siblings.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers. I graduated from Fairfield Union with Herb. I will always remember him as fun-loving and entertaining. At our 45th reunion, he had us thoroughly entertained with his story telling. He will be greatly missed. My sincere sympathies.
