December 15, 1922 - June 10, 2021 Mauricette Pauline Levine (nee Schneider) passed on June 10, 2021 at age 98 in Thousand Oaks, CA. She was born in 1922 in Cherbourg, Normandy, France.Mauricette was an accomplished classical pianist and was a Holocaust survivor.Mauricette met her husband of 65 years, Milton Levine (RIP), in Normandy during WWII. Mauricette performed at the USO and Milton was a Sergeant in the U.S. Army. They wed in Paris, moved to Pittsburgh, then to Los Angeles.Mauricette is survived by three children (Harriet, Steven and Ellen) and three grandchildren (Andrea, Michelle and Brandon). Loved by family and friends, she will live forever in their hearts.Services held June 18 at noon, Hillside Memorial Park, Los Angeles.
