Jesse Sosa Obituary
Peoria - Jesse Paul Sosa passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning at his home in Peoria, AZ. on June 15, 2021, at age 44.
Jess was born in Las Cruces, NM. to his mother Corina Sifuentes-Barron and Father Elias Sosa. Jess was the oldest of the three boys followed by brothers Josh Garcia and Jeremy Garcia, and a stepbrother and sister Josh Perez and Kim Perez. He has 3 children Jesslyn Sosa, Jesiah Sosa, and Jesse Sosa Jr. who he loved very much.
Jess attended Conlee Elementary and Lynn Middle School where he was very active in sports and acquired a multitude of friends that he maintained a friendship through adulthood. Jess was living in Peoria, Az with his parents since his release home. Jess was employed at Amazon and when not working he enjoyed watching football and boxing at home with his family and enjoying his Pops Jesse's grilling. Jess loved to work out and kept a strict workout regimen. Jess is survived by his mother, father, stepfather, brothers, children and a multitude of beloved aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and close friends. He was the funniest, kindest, and gentlest man who only knew how to love unconditionally. We were all truly blessed to have had him all these years, and he will be deeply missed by his family, and all who knew him.
What our family would give to hear just one more time the phrase "No Leave me!" and "I love you" at each call. Our baby, our big little brother, our foundation, the one that taught us to love one another and be respectful will be greatly missed but always in our hearts. Our grieving heart cannot accept his absence now, maybe someday we can understand, maybe we never will, but we will continue on until we can be together again.
A viewing and prayer service will begin at 2:00 pm on Friday June 25, 2021, at St. Genevieve's Catholic Church followed by mass at 3:00 pm.
Reception will be on Friday, June 25, 2021, in Las Cruces at his brothers' home 1401 Del Rio Dr, following the mass.
