Yvonne Rivera Obituary
"Bon-Bons," as she was known to family and friends, was born May 27, 1960, to Richard and Isabel "Wendy" Legarreta. She was a devoted Miami Dolphins fan and was a member of the Latter Rain Harvest Fellowship.
Survivor include her loving husband of 29 years, Joseph "Dario" Rivera of the family home; a daughter, Stephanie, and son, Cory; father, Richard Legarreta and stepmother, Martha; sisters, Christine Gamboa (Edward) and Debbie Legarreta; a brother, Richard Legarreta; maternal grandmother, Lucy White; uncle and aunt, Dennis and Esther Lovato, and aunt, Martha Lopez. Others survivors include her half-sister, Angelina; and half-brothers, Alonzo, Arlando and Antonio Legarreta; as well as all her loving nieces and nephews, whom she considered her own grandchildren. Bonnie was preceded in death by her mother, Isabel "Wendy" Legarreta; maternal great-grandmother, Mary Q. Williams; paternal grandparents, Genaro and Natividad Legarreta, and a half-brother, Angelo Legarreta.
Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life service is scheduled for 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 9, 2015, at Latter Rain Harvest Fellowship, 401 N. Main St., with the Rev. Mary Sellers officiating.
Bonnie will be greatly missed for her great cooking, loving and caring ways for her family and friends.

My Dear Family,
My deepest sympathy go to Dario, Stephanie, Cory & all my cousins. Bonnie was a beautiful lady. A loving mother, wife, sister & cousin.She was always so kind to everyone & she had a beautiful spirit and a smile I will never forget. I wish I would've been able to stay in LC for Bonnie's service, but I'm glad I got to see or speak with most of you before I left. Please know that I am with you in spirit & in prayer.
