Columbus, Georgia - Linda Cook, 60, of Columbus, GA passed on Monday, January 17, 2022 at Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown.
Mrs. Linda Cook was born in Columbus, GA to Otis Williams and the late Eula Mae Crowell-Williams. Linda graduated from Columbus High School in 1978 and furthered by obtaining her degree in Business Administration. She was employed by The Bradley Center of St. Francis –Emory Healthcare as a Patient Access Supervisor.
Linda was a member of Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church where she was active in the Courtesy Guild Ministry, she enjoyed traveling and shopping.
Linda leaves to cherish her memory, a devoted husband, Jerome Cook; three children, Eddie Lee Underwood II (Ameilla), Bianca Ashe (Cedric), Thomas Cook; one brother, Randy Williams; one sister Dr. Osie Williams-Huling (Mack); five grandchildren Anhiya, Steven, Brylen, Journey, Major and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends.
Linda Cook's Homegoing service will be 11:00am Friday, January 21, 2022 at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church with a visitation Thursday, January 20, 2022 at Progressive Funeral Home from 4:00pm -6:00 pm. You may leave online condolences to the family at progressivefuneralhome.com

Linda Cook worked with my mom Linda Darden for as long as I can remember, she was such a strong presence and her smile was so distinct and contagious, she was sooooo in love with her children and so proud of everything about them, my heart breaks this passing hits me different, thank you Mrs. Linda Cook for always remembering special days and for always making me smile with your beautiful smile. Rest well.

In loving memory of a wonderful cousin Linda Cook, whom was taken too soon, but God called and it was time for her to go home.
