Edward Boudreau Obituary

JAFFREY – Edward J. Boudreau, Jr. was born on September 4, 1936, the son of Jeanette (Maxfield) Boudreau and Edward Boudreau in Fitchburg, Massachusetts.

He attended St. Bernard Grammar School and graduated from St. Bernard High School in 1954.

In May of 1955, he enlisted in the U.S Air Force and served in the Far East with Distinction while assigned to the Fifth Air Force. In 1958 he was reassigned to Headquarters Command in Washington D.C. and was Honorably discharged in February, 1960.

He married Cecile (Turcotte) Boudreau in November of 1955. They had five children: Edward, Brian, Scott, Leslie, and Paul.

Edward was employed as Chief Technician of Radiology at the Burbank Hospital in Fitchburg and at St. Vincent's Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts.

He was the Program Director of Radiologic Technology at Quinsigamond Community College until 1978.

He was pre-deceased by his wife in 1983 and by his son, Scott, in 2002.

He was employed at Union Products in Leominster, Massachusetts as Production Manager and retired in 2002 as part owner of that company.

He and his companion, Carol Miles, enjoyed raising and training their beagles for more than twenty four years. They enjoyed cruising and traveling as well as many outdoor activities.

In addition to his children and companion, he leaves four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

We worked at Bordens, and shared many a day hiking in the White mtns, and many more hunting deer in the Newfane, Vermont area.....Miss the nut a ton!!

Mr. Boudreau, will always remember when you took took me under your wing, when I was just a young kid. I will always remember our fishing and hunting trip. I will miss you. Thanks for all the great memories, your friend forever. R.I.P. John Finn
