Kathleen Osgood Obituary
Greenfield, NH — Kathleen (Allen) Osgood, 69, of Greenfield went peacefully to be with her Lord on July 4, 2022 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born in Burlington, VT on March 3, 1953, the daughter of Harold and Lillian (Ramsey) Allen.
Kathy was raised in Burlington, VT and attended various city schools. She graduated in 1971 from Burlington High School and the following year met the love of her life, Dan Osgood, at a friend's wedding. They themselves were married on February 2, 1973 and moved to Thetford, VT and began raising their family. Then, they moved their family to a dairy farm in Windsor, VT, and then to Bangor, ME where her husband, Dan, attended Bangor Theological Seminary. Finally, settling in Greenfield where she and Reverend Dan have pastored the Greenfield Covenant Church, An Evangelical Covenant Church, for the past 35 years. Kathy was a faithful Christian and an active and integral part of her church.
Kathy is survived by her husband, the Reverend Doctor F. Daniel Osgood, her daughter, Megan Elizabeth Osgood, her grandson, Riley Adam Durgin and her granddaughter, Makayla Lillian Durgin. She loved, and was very devoted, to her family. She was predeceased by her son, Ryan Allen Osgood, and both of her parents and her two brothers.
A memorial service will be held at Oak Park, 971 Forest Road, Greenfield, NH on Saturday July 23, 2022 at 2:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's name may be made to Greenfield Covenant Church, PO Box 341, Greenfield, NH 03047.
