Constantin Olteanu, 84, of Lawrenceville, died on Wednesday, Dec. 2. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel of Flanigan Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hamilton Mill Memorial Gardens in Buford. Arrangements By: Junior E. Flanigan of Flanigan Funeral Home and Crematory, Buford.
