I love and miss you soooo much Grandma. Everyday I see your smile and hear your unique laugh. I wish Kennedi could have gotten the chance to know you, but I know you talk to her now, especially when she is laughing in her sleep and cooing while looking over my shoulder. watch over us all we love you so very much our Queen

Sometime in the early to mid 1960s, Althea met my mother, Valeria (better known as Vee). They became running buddies and Angel and Robin became playmates. As I already told Angel, I will always remember her mom as truly one of L.A.'s finest. Rest in eternal peace, Althea.

My deepest condolences to the family of Ms Althea. I remember meeting her as a child visiting from New York to California. I always thought she was so beautiful and looked like a movie star. I enjoyed my summer vacations spending time with Angel and Robin and a host other kids in the neighborhood. Those are some of my fondest childhood memories. May Ms Althea rest in Heavenly Peace and may God bless and comfort her family and friends. Amen

There was a door that would open and I would be welcomed with a warm smile and a heart full of love. I always enjoyed my time spent in your glow from camping trips to backyard cookouts. The singing of old songs air mattresses and dance contests time has passed and the good times of old are memories that keep me young at heart.
