Ann was my right hand associate when I was GM at KTKA. I could not have done that job without her. She was a fighter, and faced every challenge life through at her with humor and dignity. May God's peace and hope bring comfort to her family.

I'm so very sorry to learn of Ann's passing. She was one of the most wonderful people I have ever met. My life is different because of her. We worked together at KTKA and she always had a smile on her face. She was gentle, warm, positive and loving and I will never forget her. She was greeted in Heaven by Anita that was also taken from us too soon. My deepest sympathies to Brad, Courtney and Andrew. You were her life and everyone knew it. She loved you more than words can say. RIP Ann.

My condolences to Ann's family, and especially to my First Cousins - Tom, Greg, Jeff, and Sue. we all grew up together as kids who played together till the sun went down. I think about your mom who was such a kind and gentle soul, and it sounds like Ann had those qualities!

Ann Elizabeth, my esteemed First Cousin, was the pride of the Smith Clan...Kiltie Majorette and Homecoming Queen! But more importantly she will be remembered as inspiring, gentle and giving. A genuinely kind soul. We were all blessed to have her in our lives.

Ann was indeed one of the most positive and happy people I've ever known. I worked with her at the TV station and watched Courtney play basketball with my daughter Angie. My prayers are with your family, Ann. Smile down on them from heaven and give them sunshine and peace.

I was so sorry to hear of Ann's passing. I had so hoped over the years that she had conquered cancer. I knew if anyone could do it, she could. I got to know Ann when she worked with my husband, Kent, at KTKA. She was always radiant, positive, friendly and supportive. I would stop by frequently and we would talk children, husbands and life in general. She was a truly wonderful person and heaven is lucky to have her. Please know, Brad, Courtney and Andrew that you are in our prayers.

Ann was the most gracious and kindest person I ever worked with. The glass was always half full and its the way she lived through this devastating disease. If we all could be so positive! My thoughts and prayers are with you Brad, Courtney, and Andrew.
