Audrey Pinnell

PINNELL, Audrey (Nee ALBEE) August 23, 1925 - December 11, 2010 Peacefully, at the Peter D. Clark Long Term Care facility in Ottawa, on the afternoon of Saturday, December 11, 2010. Audrey Pinnell of Ottawa, formerly of Athens, Toronto and Montreal died at the age of 85 years. Daughter of the late Evalena Gifford and Abbott Eugene Albee. Beloved wife of John Edward Pinnell for 59 years, she will be sadly missed by her three sons John Peter (m. Victoria Chandler), Richard James, and Edward Albee (m. Rosemary Drziak), and seven grandchildren: John-Richard, Charles (m. Maria Arias Montecillo), Katherine, Diana, Rolf, Erika and Hans Pinnell. She is survived by her husband, cousin Verna Dewell and brothers-in-law Robert and Stanley Pinnell. The family wishes to thank the kind and dedicated health care professionals who assisted with Audrey's care over the last two years, including the physicians, nurses and staff from the Ottawa Civic and Queensway Carleton Hospitals, the Peter D. Clark L.T.C facility, and personal caregivers Akua Agyeman and Sonia Banton. Family and friends are invited to the Pilon Family Funeral Home, 50 John Street North, Arnprior, Ontario for visitation on Sunday afternoon, December 19th from 1 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. immediately followed by a funeral service in the Pilon Family Chapel at 3 o'clock.
