Betty CUTHBERT Obituary
On Friday, December 28, 2012, Betty Cuthbert passed away peacefully at the age
of 77 years.
She is survived by daughter, Gayle (Gerry); son, Jeff and his children, Donovan, Taryn and Marisa; and her five favourite grand-pets! She also leaves behind her in-laws, Bud and Arlene Cuthbert as well as nieces, nephews and many relatives in England and Scotland. Betty was predeceased by her husband, Harry.
Her ever-present smile and genuine care for others touched the lives of many people. Betty's strength and positive attitude inspired her entire family.
Memorial Service Wednesday, January 9 at 11:00 a.m. at Ascension Lutheran Church, 8405 - 83 Street N.W., Edmonton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

Jeff and Gayle,
I was sorry to hear about your mom. She was an inspiration to me during the years I studied piano with her. I will always remember her positive attitude towards everything, not just music.

Your mother was indeed a delight. I always looked forward to seeing her at our Fiberglas Canada Christmas parties. A nice lady to be sure. My deepest sympathy!

Hi Jeff & Gayle,
I was very saddened to learn of the passing of your dear mother. On behalf of Kerri-Lyn, I would like to express my deepest condolences. When we were crazy kids, Mrs. "C" was like a second Mom to many of us. She had an infectious smile and always took the time to not only ask how things were going in your life, but to genuinely listen and take an interest.
