Keefe Jr.
Brian Patrick Keefe Jr., 28, of Palmyra, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, in Fluvanna County, and he is now at peace. He was born on August 13, 1983, in Red Bank, New Jersey, a son of Cheryl A.. Drumheller of Palmyra and Brian P. Keefe Sr. of Scottsville. Those preceding him in death are his grandfather, George Anthony Keefe; and his step-grandmother, Rose Maxine Drumheller. Brian worked as a tree climber for Bartlett Tree Experts. He loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his daughter. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Maylin Diane Keefe; a brother, Joey T. Keefe and his wife, Jessica; two sisters, Rebecca M. Keefe and Cassidy A. Keefe, all of Palmyra; maternal grandparents, John and Carol Cuomo of North Carolina; paternal grandmother, Eileen Keefe of Florida; stepfather, Charles A. Drumheller; step-grandfather, Bill Drumheller; a nephew, Blake M. Keefe; two nieces Faith M. Keefe and Layna M. Maupin; aunts, uncles and many friends. A memorial service will be conducted 3 p.m. Saturday, August 11, 2012, at Fluvanna Baptist Church by Pastor Steve Feden.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Friday, August 10, 2012, at Thacker Brothers Lake Monticello Funeral Home. Family and friends may share memories and photos at www.thackerbrothers.com.

It is never an easy thing to have to go through this. Our graduating class of 2001 went through so much of this more than what any community should ever have to endure. That only made our class have a tighter bond than most.
Brian you were always the sweetest guy & will be sorely missed by everyone. My thoughts & prayers go to the entire family. Find comfort in knowing that Brian is now in a better place & no longer enduring the pains of this world.
