Charlie came into our lives and quickly became part of the family. He loved to entertain us. He became another grandparent to our children, sharing his love of boys scouts with Billy, referring lovingly to Kate as "doc" and singing and dancing with Kim. He shared every holiday with us ever since my son was a baby. Things will never be the same. Thanks for the memories. Love, Kathy, Bill, Kate, Kim and Billy

It was a pleasure knowing Charlie through my Aunt Terri and Uncle Ralph. Charlie was like one of the family. He was a sweet and gentle man with a sharp memory to the end. We were fortunate to help celebrate his 96th birthday last April in Florida. He will be greatly missed by all of us that had the fortune to cross his path in life. Rest in peace, Charlie.

We will miss your sweet, mischievious smile, funny stories, and summer tomatoes! Holidays will be different now.

Charlie:

Since you came to live with us, you have been like a father to Ralph and me and a great Grandpap to our grandchildren. Our parents have been gone a long time and you fit the role perfectly. You will be sadly missed and will live forever in our hearts. Love, Terry & Ralph

Grandpa,

I know that you are now with Grandmother which is where you have wanted to be for such a long time. You were the best Grandpa anyone could ever have and I shall miss you. May you rest in eternal peace. I love you.
