Cynthia Diane Hearn

Funeral services for Cynthia Diane Hearn, 52, of Plainview will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 2, 2013, at First Baptist Church with Elder Ben Alexander and Bishop Chathum officiating. Interment will follow at Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mrs. Hearn passed away on Friday, Feb. 22, 2013, in Plainview. She was born on Feb. 1, 1961, in Plainview to Thomas and Ruby Ann Riggins. She was a 1979 graduate of Plainview High School. She attended South Plains College and was a graduate of Methodist Nursing School. She was a nurse at the Hale County Sheriff's Office and was a member of Emmanuel Church of God in Christ. She is survived by her mother, Ruby Ann Riggins of Plainview; her husband, Mitchell Hearn of Plain­view; one son, Khalid Riggins of Plainview; two daughters, Sydney and Taivia Hearn, both of Plain­view; six brothers, John and Mark Riggins, both of Plainview, Ruben Riggins and wife Tish of Arlington, Jamie Riggins and wife Melinda of Arlington, Wesley Alexander of Dallas and Marty Alexander of Savannah, Ga.; seven sisters, Della Riggins, Marleta Davis, Sherry Alexander and Mira Alexander, all of Plainview, Cheryl Nunley and husband Mike of Arlington, Lisa Riggins of Arlington and Debra Bundage and husband Jayree of Dallas. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Riggins.
