Dana Oxford Worthen

Well Dana it been a very long time, my thoughts and prayers go out you and your family. I remember late nights Shawn and I would come by on 4 wheelers and we would all sit out on the road in front of your house just hanging out. I wish we wouldn’t have lost contact. I know you are in a lot better place then I am. GOD BLESS Dana, You will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear about Dana. I knew her from high school and elementary. I know she will truly be missed. She was such a sweet person.

I had the pleasure of working with Dana at Dermatolgy Associates of Tyler and Laird Memorial Hospital. Dana was a wonderful person and was such a joy to be around. I am still in shock of this news. I felt like I wasn't a good friend, because I didn't even know she had been in the hospital. My heart goes out to her family and daughter. She lit up a room with her smile and always made me laugh. I will always treasure the times we laughed and shared together. God Bless you!! You are in my prayers!!

I first heard of Dana's death on the KLTV but didn't know that it was her until they said her name on the radio the next morning on my way to work. I was very shocked and sadden. I haven't seen Dana in years we went to school together at John Tyler. My prayers and thoughts are with all of you during this sad time of your life. Just always remember there will be a happy day of rejoicing in the end when we are all together with our Lord.

I first held Dana in my arms as she turned two. Tammy and Dana have always been my daughters although not by blood. I loved them, watched them grow and feared for them as my own.
Time will not heal this wound in my heart. A hole has been placed there forever.
From the depths of my sorrow, I cry out to thee oh Lord.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life’s routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

You don't know me, but I went to Jr High with Dana and remember her very well. She was always so sweet and bubbly. Never without a smile. I am so terribly sorry for you loss and just want to say that she will be remembered with a smile on our face. Please know we are all praying you. I am sure we will see her again on that blessed day!

Dana was always so sweet and a gentle person--she was very proud of Lauren. I am glad I knew her.

Dana was a sweet friend. I have good memories of us watching Lauren and Mckensay cheer together in 6th grade.
