I will always remember the evening that Dan and I and Carol and Carol's nephews spent the night at Yankee stadium loads of laughs at fun

Dan and I have been friends since I was 14 and I was so saddened to get the text Sunday night telling me the worst had happened. if i lived closer i would have came to the service. Im so glad I was blessed to know Dan and meet such a great family, and please know that Dan will be in my prayers forever and may God look over your family through this tough time. I will always love Dan as one of my best friends I have ever had. Dan, you will forever be missed. I love you. Ill see you again someday.

To the Citarella Family- Dan had a smile that would light up even he biggest room. He was a wonderful friend with an amazing sense of humor and could turn any bad day into a great one. It was always great to share a birthday with him and will miss our birthday day chats. I always looked forward to them. He is one the strongest people I have met in my life, and it is my pleasure to call him one of my closest friends. His strength has inspired many and will live on through us all. I am so very sorry to hear of Dan's passing. I had the pleasure of speaking with Dan several times over the phone at work. He was very polite and personable, and his was a phone call I always looked forward to taking. It truly was a pleasure working with him. I've been thinking of your family since learning about Dan's illness, and I will continue to pray for your comfort and healing. My deepest sympathies are with you.

Dan was a wonderful young man. He had a infectiouse smile and a great personality. No words can heal your pain, but I pray the love of God enfolds you during this very sad time.

Dan was a wonderful man and an even better friend. I still find it hard to believe that he's gone. I will cherish the memories I created with him for the rest of my life, and I will always be grateful for the time we had together. My thoughts are with his family and everyone who loved him.
