I am so sorry to hear of Denny's untimely death. I always enjoyed working with him on deals. I am so glad that I had the priveledge to sit with him at lunch on the last day of the Deere product intro in Cincinnati in August. Dennis was a help to me in many ways. He will be missed

As others have noteably expressed, those of us who knew and worked with Denny all enjoyed his never-ending upbeat attitude and friendliness toward all people. It would seem a particularly difficult year for the Devinney family, with the loss of his Dad and Brother, and the grief of his new bride. May the many positive memories of Denny's colleagues help carry his family through this difficult period. He was just a great guy.

Denny was one of the most wonderful people I knew with John Deere. I was always enlightened with his phone calls to the office and at meetings always remembered his great laughter, jokes, and warmth as a friend. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Denney became a friend the first time I met him. He was the John Deere blockman and I was a kid trying to learn how to farm. He was a wonderful person and loved his family more than anything. Please know that you are in our prayers.

So sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. It was such a privilege to work with Dennis. I have fond memories of his likeable demeanor, his humor and one particular memory of playing his nursemaid while rooming with him on a JD Snowmobile Trip--where he broke his collarbone on the first day! Most recently, I looked forward to speaking with him regarding business but you never knew who was at the other end of the phone line as he would try to impersonate an IRS agent, etc. He uplifted everyone around him. He was a gifted JD sales territory manager. He will be greatly missed. God Bless You.

I've known Denny ever since he joined John Deere back in the 70's. He always had a smile, a handshake, and warm words of welcome whenever we met. He always seemed to have a positive outlook on life even in the face of the adversities he's experienced. I know he now is in a better place where rest and peace abide with and in him and he'll be watching over those he cares for so much.
