Doug was a kind, gentle, patient and understanding person, and a knowledgeable mentor. He will be missed. Please accept my sincere condolences.

Doug was the very definition of a gentleman. Over the thirty odd years that I knew Doug did I ever see him at work without a smile on his face. He had a great sense of humor and loved a good joke or quip. His dedication to his work, his organization and his demeanor always made it a pleasure to work with him. My condolences to the family

I was saddened to hear of Doug's passing. My sincerest condolences go out to his family in this time of sorrow. I worked for and with Doug for 10 years or so and found him a pleasure to be around. His quirky sense of humor always made me laugh. He was a brilliant man who will be missed

I didn't work closely with Doug, but shared time with him in conversations at a lunch or in the hall. I will always remember him as a kind and caring man and feel fortunate that our paths crossed.

Doug was my manager and mentor for many years at MDA. I will always remember his kindness and knowledge.

I worked with Doug for many years at SPAR/MDA. He was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and used his vast knowledge and experience to mentor many of the employees both in his departments and across the organization. I will always be thankful for his support and advice.
