A native of Hollanddale, MS and a resident of Baton Rouge. He passed away at Our Lady of the Lake Hospital in Baton Rouge, on Wednesday, August 10, 2016 at 8:48 P.M. He was 62. Survived by three sisters: Laura Williams, Patricia Williams and Mattie Campbell. Brothers: Willie, Cornelius, Michael, Carnell, Johnny, Robert, Myles and Marvin Campbell, Terry McGhee, and Issac Barnes. An aunt, Ovie Williams, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, John Campbell, Jr. and Bertha Huntlin Campbell, and a brother, George Campbell. The family has requested a private memorial service and burial service.
