Edwin Spencer Obituary
Buzz served in the National Guard from January 22, 1961, to November 13, 1968, where he gained valuable experience and skills that he carried with him throughout his life.
After his military service, Buzz worked for the State of CT Mosquito Control Vector Section for 36 years, where he was well respected and admired.
In his free time, Buzz enjoyed gardening, camping, going to the casino, metal detecting, and spending time in nature. He had a passion for the outdoors and all the beauty it had to offer.
Buzz is survived by his loving wife and best friend of 58 years, Elizabeth, his daughters, Ginger Miller from Salem and Sandy Spencer from Branford, his grandchildren Frank Miller from Clinton and Sarah Miller from Cayce, SC, his sister Helen Neri from Clinton and his brothers Rob (Debbie) Ziobron from Deep River and Vadek (Bonnie) from Middletown, as well as many other family members and friends.
Services for Buzz will be private, and his memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. Legacy.com

Buzz gave me a chance to be part Vector Sector in 81 - He always had amazing work ethic and could visualize very complicated wetland projects and see them to the end - his patience and guidance made you want to do well - his subtle humor was legendary! Truly an amazing man - Godspeed Buzz

Thoughts and prayers for Edwins family. I didn't know Edwin , but I can tell the great man he was by how he raised his daughter Ginger . My condolences to Ginger and the whole family.
