Elbeth Shierling Obituary
Elbeth "Razz" Shierling, 66, passed away at his home on April 13, 2019, with his family at his side. He was born on May 2, 1952, in Cuthbert, Georgia, to the late Elbeth and Margaret Holder Shierling.
He is survived by his wife, Mary “Tippie” Shierling of Americus, Georgia, his two daughters, Mary-Margaret (Adam) Fox of Americus, Georgia and Catherine Shierling of Columbus, Georgia, one granddaughter, Piper Elizabeth Fox of Americus, Georgia; one brother, Marion Shierling of Lumpkin, Georgia; several nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.
A Visitation Service with family and friends will be held on Thursday afternoon, April 18, 2019, from 3:00 – 3:45 pm, at Baldwin Funeral Home in Richland, Georgia.
A Chapel Memorial Service will be held Thursday afternoon, April 18, 2019, at 4:00 pm, at the Baldwin Funeral Home Chapel, in Richland, Georgia. The Reverend Dan Smith will conduct the service.
In lieu of flowers: The family has asked that all donations be given to: Phoebe Sumter Hospice, 126 East Furlow St., Americus, GA 31709

Mr.Sterling you were surrounded by love and we know your spirit will leave on through your beautiful family. Thanks for loving them unconditional and for being a great provider, you lived an amazing life one filled with love and kindness. Razz as you've transitioned on to paradise, just know the girls are well taken care of they'll miss you but cherish the memories they have with you for a lifetime. To the Sterling family we are here for you in your time of grief I'm sorry for your loss and I pray for peace, understanding and guidance for your family. Catherine we've stayed connected years after high school I love you may god bless your family during this time.
