TAYLOR, Elizabeth "Betty" Age 93 of Hamilton, passed away at Doverwood Health Care on Monday, September 10, 2018. Betty was born in Florence, Kentucky on April 18, 1925 to John and Clancy (Watson) Shields. She attended Newport and Ft. Thomas Schools. Betty was a member of the Nazarene Church and she enjoyed music and art. On September 28, 1952, she married Don A. Taylor and together they had one daughter. Betty is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Randy) Lusk; her grandson, William "Tony" (Megan) Robinson II; her great grandsons, Caden and Owen Tonner Robinson; her sister, Faye Cicero; and numerous other nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Don A. Taylor; four brothers, three sisters, and her parents. Funeral service will be held at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home, 1350 Millville Ave, Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at 12:00 PM with Pastor Darryl Davidson officiating. Burial will follow at Butler County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2018 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Brown Dawson Flick Funeral Home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Alzheimer's Association 644 Linn St # 1026, Cincinnati, OH 45203. www.browndawsonflick.com

I have known Betty for many years. Being friends with her daughter & a fellow church member. Betty was a very special & classy lady. She will be missed.

Aunt Betty was the sweetest person! In the 1950's, I spent the night with Don and Betty. She said we were going to order "pizza" for dinner. I said "what's that?". She is credited for starting my lifetime love of this "gooey delight"!
