I only known you for a short time, but in those couple of years I always enjoyed the time I spent with you at bowling. You will be missed dearly. Every time there is an Elvis song played on Friday we will remember you and the time you spent with us. You will be missed dearly, may god bless your family and may you be at peace with the lord.

I have only known Ernie a few years through Union Lutheran Church's Disaster Relief work. We had a great time working together and enjoyed each other's sense of humor and outlook on life in general. I will truly miss him.

Dear Ernie, Your "girls" at the bank are deeply saddened by the news of you leaving us, way too soon. What will we do without you ? The teasing and the big smiles we got out of you will be sadly missed. We love you and will miss you so very much. You were one of those special people who was always in a good mood and so much fun. Like the day you wore the hat with the ponytail. You looked hot and sexy and we loved it..And for many weeks we'd yell "nice hair" or where's your hair ?? I dont think a time went by that you came to the bank that we didnt have fun with you Ernie. God, we will miss your beautiful smile and sweet voice. God Bless you for being our friend and putting up with our teasing. We know how much you loved it. Everytime you'd walk into the bank you brought that silly, childish, devilish, smile with you. It will not be the same without you Ernie. You were a beautiful human being. I worked with Ernie many years while painting the Roma Building. I had the pleasure of chating about the Phillies with him. He was such a fun man. He will be greatly miss.

I haven't seen Ernie in years but I have fond memories of him. Ernie was a unique and private person with a quick sense of humor and loved to bicker with his brother Erich. They would have words over a job and as suddenly as it started, it was over and they were working side by side as always. Ernie was a good family man who will be missed by all.
