Ethel Millet Obituary
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until funeral time today at St. James Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. today at the church, with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. Michael Micelli will officiate.
She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Ronald Millet; daughters, Cheryl Millet Breaud and Stacy Millet; sons, Brian and Wade Millet; eight grandchildren, Jade Folse, Lindsay Antolik, Justin Breaud, Evan Breaud, Brianna Millet, Lacey Dempster, Ashlynn Dempster, and Misty Veverka; three great-grandchildren, Mayson Antolik, Ryan Braasch, and Addison Veverka; and sister, Judy Schexnayder, wife of Johnny Schexnayder.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Adley and Leona Leblanc.
Pallbearers will be Justin Breaud, Evan Breaud, Jeffrey Folse, John Antolik, Jaret Benoit, and Johnny Schexnayder.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Deborah Abernathy and St. Joseph Hospice, especially nurse, Dawn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in her name to the Sister Dulce Foundation, 17560 George O'Neal Road, Baton Rouge, La. 70817 or St. James Catholic Church, 6613 Highway 18, St. James, La. 70086.
Ourso Funeral Home in Donaldsonville, is in charge of arrangements.

Ronald, We have been praying and thinking of you and Ethel daily. We see you at church at St. Anne's. Our deepest sympathy go out to you and your children. We truly felt close to Ethel and will miss seeing her gentle soul. May the blessings of the Loving Lord be with you and your family as you go through this time of mourning. Ronald and family, I am so sorry for your loss. She gave it her all. The fight was exhausting but as we all say "she's in a better place". She's in God's hand and she's not sick anymore. God has pick his flower, and she was a beautiful flower for his garden. Stacy, we will all be ok, if we trust in God's plan.
