My grandma(fionnula) was a very religious woman and she would go to church all most every day. She also could turn a man to the catholic faith in 2 minuets flat. She always came to my baseball games she could, and thats a long drive from jasper ga. She would also drive down any time I got sick and take care of me. When ever she came down to our house and I was sad she was always the person I would talk, even if she was in jasper she would let me call her.

Hiram:

I did not find out about your wife Fionnuala's death until after the fact, and I'm sorry to have missed her funeral. You, Fionnuala, and all your family are in my family's prayers.

Eternal rest grant unto her, oh Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her, and may she rest in peace.

Eternal memory, eternal memory, blessed repose and eternal memory.

Having Masses offered for the repose of Fionnuala's soul, a worthy daughter of Saint Patrick.

I had the good fortune of meeting Fionnuala many years ago, while helping to clean up after the many receptions that this remarkable women sponsored for the Latin Mass Community at Sacred Heart Church in Atlanta.
She was a most dedicated Catholic and we members of St. Francis de Sales are truly grateful for all her efforts to bring The Priestly Fraternity of Saint Peter to Atlanta. "By their works you shall know them".
Blessing to the Family she was a good and wonderful women.
And will be greatly missed.

I did not know Fionnuala for very long, but I knew from the very beginning that she was a very special & Holy lady & her, Sr. Ruth Ann & I had some great times together that I will cherish. It was a Blessing to have known her, she will be missed. She was the one who started the Legion of Mary Praesidia I belong to. I am only sorry that I did not get to know her for longer. She had so very much to share. God Bless you Fionnuala. I'm praying for you.
