Dear Patience: We just learned, today, that George died . Mark and I knew and loved George since we first met him in 1980. He was a true and good friend to us and we will remember him as he was. Our deepest condolences to you.

Dear Patience,
I am very saddened by George's passing, He was a person that I truly admired and respected, one of a kind individual. While I know that words are only a small gesture of support, I want you to know that his spirit has touched many people's lives as it has mine. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers,

George was one of my favorite Yalies, a true class gentleman I was proud to nominate him for the Yale Metal - a true credit to Yale and to Cleveland. We will miss him and wish Patience and his family our sincere condolences.

On behalf of my classmates and teammates in the Yale Class of 1964, I extend condolences to Patience and the rest of George's family and friends. George had many, many friends in our class. As a member of our Class Council, he enriched it over many years. We mourn his passing and will remember him on our Class Website (www.yale64.org) and at a memorial service on campus during our 50th reunion in May 2014. Anthony M. Lavely, Class Secretary

Patience, you are in my thoughts and prayers. John and I have such good memories of your hosting the Metro Catholic event at the Shoreby Club. It was always a special time being with George. God's peace be with you.

To Patience & Family - My deepest sympathies for your loss. I will remember George best from our sessions in the Shoreby Club fitness center: his determination to maintain his fitness level, his sense of humor, and warmth. It was my pleasure and privilege to be part of his health/wellness team, and a small part of his daily routine.
