My condolences go out to the entire Lautner family. George was a wonderful man who alway treated me like gold. I will not soon forget how he methodically worked behind the bar at Vanzo's. As recently as this past Christmas George baked several pecan pies, and I was the recipient of one of those delicious desserts...always thinking of others. That kindness and his smile will last forever in my heart.
Rest in peace my friend.
