I was sorry to hear of the passing of Mr Sherman. While teaching high school in Marshall, he started the tennis program there. I know that there has been improvements and changes since that first team. I sometimes think that I was recruited to help fill out the team roster. I did enjoy my time on the team and continued to play for many years. Peace be upon Mr Sherman and his descendants. He was a really good person and caring for his students.

I am so sorry to read about your mother and father having died! I respected and cared for both. Your dad was one of the greatest and most interesting professors and presentor ever. Knowing your parents explains how you young men became such successes in life! All of you made teaching a wonderful career for me ! I care and love all of you as some of the greatest students I ever had! You are in our thoughts and prayers! Jerry Woolston
