Harry John Luecke

Jackie, please accept my sincere condolences (I´m sorry this is so late) . Harry and I knew each other in the late 60´s thru the mid 70´s. I met him while attending a mutual friend´s wedding and at that time I also got to meet your mom. I called Harry (when our mutual friend visited me and my husband ) in Illinois in the mid 80´s and we had all had a nice conversation. I did send him confolences when your sister passed. He always spoke fondly of you and Mary Francis. I actually think I still have letters he wrote to me in the 70´s. He was quite a writer! I know he influenced my life back then and just wanted you to know the world lost a wonderful man and a very unique individual.

My deepest sympathies to the Luecke family. Harry and I were friends at DuBourg. He was both intense and incredibly funny. I had been trying to reach out and find him and sadly found his obituary So sorry for your loss

There is not a single person in my life that has had as much influence on my character as that of Harry. I will miss him deeply... All our midnight philosophical talks! Most of all... I will miss the laughter!

My sincere sympathy to Harry´s family. I worked with Del and as she spoke of Harry her eyes and face glistened with happiness. They were an unforgettable couple.

Harry, you influenced my life and career is such a positive way. I'll never forget you. You were one of a kind and thanks for all you did for so many of us.

Harry was the General Manager of Confetti in Houston when I wax Dynamics Manager. He was both intimidating but much loved by everyone. He was fierce and brilliant. A hard taskmaster and a creative genius. Truly a dichotomy in so many ways. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.

Jackie, I am so sorry for the many losses you have enumerated here. I will never forget the kindness you and your family extended to me by having me join all of you for Thanksgiving so many years ago. Please accept my condolences.
