Out of the blue I was thinking about Helga and decided to Google Search her. With great sadness I found her Obituary. I have many fond memories of our friendship and of working at Sci-com Data. I wish we had the opportunity to golf together.

When we think of Helga, we think of her smiling. She had a wonderful sense of humour and was such a joy to be around. The last time we saw Helga (July 2011), she gave our daughter Kaia the biggest bubble wand a kid could ever want! She also made sure that we had the recipe for the best bubble solution. This recipe included a specific kind of dish soap and corn syrup. She included those things in our gift to ensure we had those items because the most fun bubbles are made from the best bubble solution. A simple joy in life that was appreciated and shared by a wonderful woman. Rest in Peace Auntie Helga... we will miss you. Thinking of you Bruce, Wendy and Kathy during this difficult time. Thinking of Cerrie, Minnie and John and their spouses and families as we know Helga will be missed dearly.

Bruce and Family,

Helga was such a joy to be with; she made everyone feel so comfortable with her happiness. I'm very happy I got to know her through the PEGG Women's Group in Calgary. She provided good times for many (especially with our Golf Tournaments).
