Peacefully at the Woodland Villa Nursing Home, Long Sault, on Thursday, December 22, 2016, Hiltrud Weiher (nee Kleie) of Morrisburg, age 82. Beloved wife of the late Eberhard Weiher. Dear stepmother of Herb Weiher (Irene) of Trenton and Neil Weiher of Osgoode. Dear sister of Rainer Kleie (Iris) of Germany. Dear sister-in-law of Irmgard Weiher of Orillia. Hiltrud will be fondly remembered by grandchildren Aaron, Adam and Elizabeth. Predeceased by her grandson Jodie Weiher. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Marsden and McLaughlin Funeral Home, Williamsburg, on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A C.W.L. service will be held on Wednesday evening at 6:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Morrisburg, on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at 11 a.m., followed by cremation. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. Online condolences may be made at marsdenmclaughlin.com.

Dear Hiltrud,
you were very young, when you left your family and Germany. Your choice for a new home was Canada. You loved to live there, you learnt the English language and you married Eberhard. You were happy and you found wonderful friens, especially Annette and Leo, who thankfully have been in contact with us for almost 20 years. They informed us, when you were in Hospital or unable to phone us. What a luck for you and us. Hiltrud, we will not Forget you. You will live in our hearts.
