Betsy and I met Hugh and Arvin at Sunday Nighters social group--Asbury Methodist church. We both knew quality when we saw it. Hugh was such a delightful person--a deep thinker and a great conversationalist. While we have not seen eachother in many years, due to our move West, we remember those beginning days of what became long and loving marriages. Love to Betsy and family as you honor Hugh's memory.

Please accept our sympathy on the passing of Mr. Fraser. We only heard the nicest things about him and that he was a genuinely kind man. May he & his family know the peace which surpasses all understanding.

To all of Hugh's loved ones -
We have all been enriched by knowing this dear, gentle man. While I've had no contact with Hugh since our college days, my memories remain sweet. I was blessed to be his friend. May God wrap you in his healing wings. Hugh is at peace.
