As Dearest Joe and my second dad, Joe will be missed very much. I miss all his NYC police stores and all his wise advise on life. Joe was a very cheerful, special person that will be missed by my husband and I very much. Joe gave me good advice when my mom contracted breast cancer and really guided me through that terrible timeperiod. Joe will be missed always. Love, Lynn Donges & Chris Lesher

Hi Joe.all of your coffee buddy's will miss you. Who am I going to talk Italian to? We used to check out all good looking gals. Then you would go up to them and ask them if they were models. When a big guy would come in , you would ask him if he worked out.All the firemen knew us by our first name.BUT WHEN A COP CAME IN, they could not get a word in. We miss you, you left us too soon. LOVE YOU ALWAYS Sam.

Dearest Joe, (the cop) known as that name by the gang at Einsteins, you are soooo missed by your other family. I will always remember when I came to Einsteins, you would always kiss my hand and call me beautiful. Who's going to do that to me. You were loved dearly by everyone and missed so much. It's not the same without you. Love & kisses, Pat Cheraso, wife of Sam, Einstein buddy for many years.

He will be sadly missed but has left us with many great memories and stories he shared with us. Serving as a NYC police officer along side my Grand Father Woody Woodriffe. I was blessed to have the privilege of getting to know him these past 10 years. Thank you for your service sir, thank you for always been a bright light. May you rest eternally in peace.

Joe, you are a wonderful man and the father of one of my best friends his daughter Judy. You have been a part of our (Lopez Roska Family) since Judy and I met on the job at Mesa PD. Through the years we have spent a great deal time together, FOP Christmas Party's. International Police Assocuation Party's, always holiday parties and functions together. We even cruised together not planned but ended up on the same cruise from Southampton, England. This was so fun and exciting to meet up with him and Martha. Joe you have been such a big part of our life. You, Judy and Martha have spent many holidays with us. Joe we love you and we will always miss your smiling face. You welcomed me and encouraged me to become a member of IPA. We will forever thank Judy for sharing you with us. You were such a party animal and inspiration for living life to the fullest. I want to continue living a full life with you in my heart. You can now flirt with all the pretty ladies a heaven. Rest easy Joe with all our love. Jan, Bsrry, Samantha Roska and my son Joe.

Judy and Joe, I remember your Dad very fondly. He was bigger than life, funny, generous and genuine. He was the life of the Saturday BBQ and hot dog eating contests. You will miss him terribly yet you will never be without him. I am so very sorry for your loss. Please know only good thoughts, prayers and love are being sent to you and I hope you find comfort in that.

Your father never met a stranger; everyone he met he accepted immediately as a friend and acted like he had known them for years. HIs smile and laugh were contagious and he will be greatly missed. Condolences to your family and friends, and may happy memories of your dad remain in the forefront of your thoughts.
