Jack Livesey Obituary
LIVESEY JACK FREDERICK Peacefully on 21st April 2008 in Dewsbury District Hospital surrounded by his family, Jack aged 80 years, the very much loved husband of Doreen, beloved dad of Michael and Julia, father in law of Simon, grandfather to Caroline and brother to Barbara also a very much loved friend to Sheila, Lindsey and Julie. Funeral service takes place at Dewsbury Moor Crematorium on Monday 28th April 2008 at 2.30pm. Family flowers only please, but donations can be made to Imperial Cancer Research in memory of Jack. A plate for this purpose will be available at the crematorium.
