Jacqueline S. Michael "Jackie" Wilmington, IL Jacqueline "Jackie" S. Michael, age 52, of Wilmington, IL, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2007. Born in Hammond, IN, she was the daughter of the late Earl and the late Mary (Crooks) Patrick. She is survived by her husband, Victor Michael; one daughter, Rachel Martinez; one son, Jason R. (Lori Stonecipher) Michael; sister, Karen Cichocki; brother, Terry (Bess) Patrick; family friend: Ivan Avila; grandchildren: Corrina Marie Martinez, Jocelynn Marie Martinez, Gabrielle Marie Martinez-Nunez, Xavier Manuel Alvarado, Raistlin Schmuck and Haiden Michael; cousin, Tina Frost and children: David and Elizabeth; many nieces, nephews and other loving relatives. Jackie was a graduate of Hammond High School Class of 1973. She attended Purdue University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in 1989 and her Masters degree in 1993. She was the owner of Northwest Resources E.A.P. Visitation will be held Monday, May 21, 2007 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at Burns-Kish Funeral Home, 5840 Hohman Ave., Hammond, IN. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 22, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be Tuesday in Oak Glen Cemetery, Lansing, IL. Jackie could grow anything. She could take any house and add love and tenderness to grow a home. She is the sun that will shine in our gardens and because of her, our flowers will be brilliant. Thank God for allowing us to have her in our lives and now she will have the most beautiful gardens with him. She loved to spend time with all her grandchildren. Jackie also enjoyed playing cards on holidays with the family. She loved to go on car rides with her husband to antique shops. She loved to collect Indian dolls.
