JAMES FOGG Obituary
Age 63, of Belle Vernon, PA, passed away Tuesday, June 11, 2013 in Jefferson Regional Hospital. He was born March 15, 1950 in Rochester, PA, son of the late James P. Fogg, Sr. and Lois Johnston Fogg. After retiring from the ministry, he continued his work in various therapist positions. From 2006 to present he had a private practice for marriage and family therapy. Left to cherish Jim's memory is his wife of 27 years, Joan Collier Fogg; son, Kevin Fogg of OH; daughter, Traci Fogg; stepson, J. D. Adams and wife Trisha of Land O Lakes, FL; stepdaughter, Samantha Maylack of Cranberry Township, PA; and five grandchildren, Nathan and Jacob Fogg, Anthony Maylack and Odessa and Gerald Adams. Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, PA, where family and friends may call on Monday, June 17, 2013 from 4-7 p.m. Visitation will continue Wednesday, June 19, 2013 from 10 until 11 a.m. in the Ingomar United Methodist Church, 1501 West Ingomar Dr., Pittsburgh, PA. A memorial service celebrating Jim's life will be held at 11 a.m. with Rev. David Streets officiating. Memories and condolences can be shared with the family at adferguson.com. Donations may be forwarded to Family Services of Western PA's Helping Hand Fund, memory of James Fogg, Jr. at 3230 William Pitt Way, Pittsburgh, PA 15238.
