James A. Smith

James A. Smith, R.Ph., born on April 11, 1926, and passed away on January 6, 2023. He was a Pharmacist in both the hospital and private pharmacy settings. He is survived by his loving wife of almost 70 years, Frances Ruth (Bonar) Smith, and their children, son Terry (Debby) Smith, daughter Sandra DeGuire, and son Jeffrey (Patty) Smith. Grandchildren Kelly Smith and Carly Smith (fiancé Jacob Smith). As well as a sister-in-law, nieces and nephews and extended family members and loving friends. The family wishes to thank the caregivers from Carelinx and Hospice for their compassion and care during this past year. Per Jim's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
